Because of our expertise with acquisitions, we are often asked to help clients purchase businesses.

• Cetane has an exclusive agreement to represent Griffith Energy Services, Inc. as a buyer’s broker in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and Washington D.C.
• In all other areas, we typically represent sellers.
• We do not represent both buyers and sellers on the same transaction. 
• On occasion we do represent clients who are already in negotiations to purchase a company.  Other than our exclusive arrangement with Griffith, Cetane does not find businesses for clients to purchase.
